// beyond the decks
Putting on a party takes more than a set. Nevermind has worked across the whole stack of running events — marketing and web development, live set recording, stage management, visuals, door, bookings, and event finance — co-running festivals and club nights from Dunedin outward.
That range carries over from the day job: founding and running a software and machine-learning company with a team of seven. The same discipline — planning ideas and executing them under pressure, across technical and creative roles — is what he brings to the floor.
// visuals
More recently the focus has turned to live visuals — TouchDesigner and rear-projection systems built for the room. In 2025 Nevermind ran visuals for the Dunedin Winter Solstice Quad Zone, Crucible and Chaotica Melodica.
The same techniques — image displacement, datamoshing — feed the dynamic music videos produced for each release, glitching the track's own artwork and footage in time with the sound. Selected visual work lives on the channels below.
